U.S Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Box Unboxed. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our U.S Shipping Policy.

Delivery times

  • Allow up to 2 days for processing (handling time), this apply for all orders, depends on the product that you have purchased and the service that you have selected at checkout.
  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Saturday 10am – 4pm. (Depends on our carrier choice for your order).
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are scheduled starting the following Monday.
  • Our carriers generally make a total of 3 delivery attempts (Depends on the carrier); after this, the order is sent to the carrier location and hold the product until we contact you.
  • Some items (TVs, Large Projectors, Installation sound, UPS Battery Backups) will take longer to be delivered.

Where do we deliver?

  • We deliver to addresses within contiguous USA only.
  • We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories.
  • We don’t deliver to certain remote locations. If we are unable to ship your order to a remote location, you will be notified by email.

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/ FPO addresses

  • Only USPS options are available to ship to these addresses.
  • Items over 70 lbs. and items that are oversize cannot be shipped to these addresses.
  • If you live at a rural route address and are getting USPS as the shipping option (and should be getting the "Best Way" shipping options since a rural route address is a physical address and not a PO box address) you can abbreviate box to "BX" and the site will not flag the order as a PO box address.
  • U.S. government personnel living overseas who have an APO or FPO address may use online ordering.
  • Orders to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via Priority Mail and may take longer (generally five to eight days). All shipments must meet requirements of the U.S. Postal Service. Currently, each package must weigh less than 70 lbs. and have a maximum combined length + girth of 108" (72" for some addresses).
  • Oversize or heavy items like computer systems or large monitors may require alternate shipping methods and may delay your order.

Cost of shipping

  • We offer free shipping (Except for oversize and heavyweight items) for all orders over $100 within local trade areas; orders outside these areas may take longer to deliver and may result in a separate delivery charge based on weight and delivery distance.
  • You can choose different shipping services for your order (UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS® Ground).
  • All orders must be paid online with one of our authorized payment methods or credit cads (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • We only charge taxes in the state of Florida.

Oversize and Heavyweight Items

  • What is an "oversize" item? Oversize items are defined as oversize due to either their weight or overall size (e.g. - larger TVs, larger printers and racks).
  • What is a "heavyweight" item? Heavyweight items are defined as items that weigh more than 150 pounds.
  • Delivery Assistance. Oversize and heavyweight items are generally delivered to destinations via shipping departments. Customers requesting lift gate or inside delivery assistance on these items are asked to notify Box Unboxed at the time of order.

Drop-Ship Items

  • Drop-ship items are shipped directly from our vendors' warehouses, we cannot specify the shipping carrier.
  • Drop-ship items that are not in stock will be shipped Ground. If you have selected a service level that charges more, the additional charges will be refunded and you will be charged Ground rates.
  • Cut-off times for shipping drop-ship items may vary.
